Harriet Every BSc ( Hons) MCSP HCPC
graduated from Southampton University in 2003 with a degree in physiotherapy and has worked in both the NHS and privately throughout her career. Previous NHS roles include working at The Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead ( across many specialist areas including burns and plastics and MSK), East Sussex Healthcare Trust as the team lead for the pelvic health physiotherapy service and she currently works as an advanced practice physiotherapist for East Sussex MSK Community Partnership. Harriet has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is therefore able to carry out expert clinical assessments followed by appropriate treatment plans that are patient centred and focused on reducing pain and maximising function.
In her spare time, Harriet enjoys walking her dog in the countryside around Battle, getting lost in her books and spending time with her family.

Pre-operative rehabilitation
Also known as ‘pre-hab’ This is aimed at improving overall strength, function and flexibility prior to undergoing procedures/surgery such as total knee or hip replacement and has been shown to improve outcomes.
Post-operative rehabilitation
Targeted, tailored physiotherapy aimed at improving range of movement, strength and mobility following procedures such as total knee or hip replacement or spinal decompression surgery. The aim is to increase confidence alongside restoring function.
Care of the elderly
Individualised physiotherapy aimed at improving strength, balance, and mobility where the overall aim is to maximise independence and reduce the risk of falls in the home.
